Definitions
- the invention relates to a closing device, controllable by the entry of a coin, for a coin entry opening for self-collecting devices, in particular parking meters, with two locking levers that move apart when entering a coin and cover the entry opening and with a locking part that can be pivoted depending on the basic position of the device handle.
- Self-collecting devices of the bononne type in which a coin or a brand p having a certain force can be triggered in the sales process by inserting a coin, require a considerable expenditure of protective devices. If such self-cashing devices are set up in large numbers in public, as is the case for parking timepieces, for example, the attempts to manipulate such devices in a manipulated manner are particularly versatile and imaginative. Since, for example, a parking meter is not just the sale of material values, but merely the purchase of an authorization to use a parking space for a certain period of time, it is often sufficient to manipulate the device during manipulation. to bother any way. This can already be done by inserting some rather objects through the input opening, which, with some perfection of the attempt at deception, triggers in part succeed, but mostly blocking or destruction of device parts can be brought about.
- a device for closing the coin entry opening according to DK-PS 555 727 has become known. It essentially consists of a spatially manoeuvrable coin slot, which is located in front of the rest of the installation housing. This form of training is necessary because two pivotable levers for scanning the diameter are arranged plane-parallel in the plane of the coin. The two key strokes can be moved independently of one another and, if necessary, independently move the closing parts into the open position. The coin slot can therefore be opened almost completely with any coin-like object that is, for example, smaller than the real coin. This means that even completely unsuitable objects can be inserted into the device and malfunctions can be caused.
- DE-PS 552 791 In another known protective device for coin insertion (DE-PS 552 791) are also in an upstream coin slot in the same plane to the coin
- a locking member covers the input slot in its longitudinal direction and is pivotally mounted at one end.
- Aufgrun d of a coin of appropriate diameter i st the locking member I soaps based on the Miinzsrh tz li and a supporting point pivot.
- a catch element is moved out of the locked position by the action of the coin diameter.
- the catch member as the only locking means for locking the movable coin slot cover can also be pushed away with any flat object, so that the locking element for the input slot can also be moved in the simplest manner with each said flat object.
- Other measures for multiple uses of the coin input device in particular those which could make it difficult to open the coin input opening improperly, are not provided here. Above all, no measure has been taken which, for example, can prevent double coins being inserted into coins which can be used per se, with the result of a malfunction caused by unsuspecting non-observance of an operating instruction or even failure of the device would be avoided.
- the object of the invention is to provide a device for completely closing the input opening for coins on self-collecting devices, in particular for hand-insignible parking meters, in which the closing parts open only once and due to simultaneous influencing by means of a first or single input coin for an operation lasson.
- the locking members are arranged in a spring-loaded swiveling manner in a coin mask in front of the input slot and, via separate driver elements, drive a closing segment pivotably mounted behind the coin mask by means of sliding guides due to simultaneous actuation of the locking members into a position releasing the input opening, that little Asia a Sporrgliod is connected to a scanning element with a scanning element in a positive drive connection, which scanning element can only be deflected in the absence of a coin in the coin testing element, whereby the closing segment is free for the opening movement.
- the varlocking device consists of few parts and can be manufactured with little effort in terms of production technology.
- the constructive design gives the device an extremely flat design, which can be effortlessly inserted into the housing on housing for self-checkout devices. Due to the interweaving of the gear interventions between the locking and closing parts with each other and also with the functional positions of the device in which they are installed, various measures in the form of dependencies and conditions are set for the functional sequence for opening or locking the input slot every attempt of a Ma Let nipulation appear unsuccessful. First of all, it is the influence of the coin that must simultaneously act on the locking members in order to overcome the precautions against opening the entry slot with improper objects.
- a scanning element is provided which tests the condition in the coin testing element and is in positive connection with a locking element in a geared connection. Only when the coin validation device is free to accept a coin are the requirements for the entry of a coin by the locking device also given. This measure prevents in particular the multiple entry of coins without actuating the manual setting means after each individual coin entry. The consequences of such a mistake would be disruption or blocking of the device functions if the coins entered were lost.
- the locking part 1 can only be opened as a function of the basic position of the device handle, which is achieved by the interaction of a bolt on the locking part with a cam element on the shaft of the device handle.
- a device that can be controlled from the closed to the opened state under certain conditions is provided as the coin input device. It consists essentially of a completely pre-assembled unit, which is composed of a coin mask 1 with the actual input slot 2 for the passage of coins up to a correspondingly approved size. from two don slot 2 partially concealing, pivotable spur link pin 3, 4 and from a locking segment 5 pivotally arranged behind the slot 2. As can be seen from the front view according to FIG. 1, the locking members 3 and 4 are formed with one-piece axle bolts 6, 7 in bearing bores 8, 9 arranged approximately diagonally to the input slot 2 are pivotably mounted in the coin mask 1.
- axle bolts 6, 7 are each provided in the same way with axial securing stops 10, 11, which hold the locking members 3, 4 in the effective movement phases in the plato of the coin mask 1.
- a tension spring 12, suspended in the bore 13, 14 of the locking members 3, 4, brings the latter in the clockwise direction due to the constantly effective preload into the starting or basic position, where the locking members 3, 4 and the closing segment 5 completely covers the input slot 2.
- a catch element 15, 16 in the form of pins extending through recesses 17, 18 in the coin mask 1 is provided on each locking member 3, 4, which pins accordingly cooperate with t slot-shaped link guides 19, 20 in the closing segment 5.
- the course of the beidon slide guides 19, 20 is arranged so that only a hoi simultaneous and uniform drive movement through the two locking members 3, 4, the locking segment 5 pivotable about an axis 21 together with the locking members J, 4, the input slot 2 for the passage of a coin M. clears or opens.
- On the locking members 3, 4 sliding phases 22, 23 are provided in the direction of input of the coin M, against which the circumferential rounding of a coin M is applied and via which a thrust force exerted on the coin M is broken down into equal force components.
- the locking member 3 controls the locking segment 5 out of the self-locking dead center engagement position with the locking member 4.
- the self-locking dead center position between the locking member 4 and the closing segment 5 is formed by guiding the resulting line of force output from the driving element 16 due to the divergent course of the movement phase of the driving element 16 to the link guide 20 through the center point of an axis 21 of the closing segment 5.
- a locking lug 25 is provided on the closing segment 5, which, in cooperation with a limit stop 26 on the locking member 4 which extends through the projection 18 in the coin mask 1, forms a locking device.
- the opening of the closing segment 5 remains prevented as long as the locking member 4 is in the basic position and an attempt is made to clear the input opening by actuating the other locking member 3 alone.
- a scanning element 27 is provided which only allows the pre-closing device to be opened due to the unoccupied state of the coin checking device 31.
- the scanning member 27 consists, as can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4 of an embodiment, from a one-piece molded tool with a shaft 28, with a radially projecting feeler lever 29 and a crank arm 30.
- the shaft 28 is rotatably mounted in the input direction of the coin M and consequently in a parallel plane to the position of the coin M in the coin checking member 31 between the two plates 41 and 42 of the device, which are only indicated in the drawing. Due to the axially secured position of the shaft 28, a sensor 36 formed on the stylus 29 reaches the area of the surface to be scanned in the coin channel of the coin validation device 31 and is driven in a manner to be described.
- the coin M is laterally guided or held after input into a U-shaped profile frame 32 and comes on egg ner sloping surface 34 of the profile frame 32 sloping surface 34 of a slider 35 to rest.
- the crank arm 30 on the one-piece scanning element 27 has a pin 37, which is arranged axially parallel to the wool 28 and protrudes outwards and, in the installed position, passes through an opening 38 in the coin mask 1.
- the pin 37 is immersed in a its diameter matched link guide 39 in the S h errglied 3 and is positively guided by these.
- the course of the link guide 39 is defined in such a way that with the slightest opening movement of the blocking element 3, the scanning element 27 according to FIG.
- the sensor 36 is forced into the test space of the coin testing element 31. If the sensor 36 does not encounter any resistance, this means that there is no coin M in the coin checking member 31 and the closing device is free from this point of view for the entry of a coin. If, on the other hand, there is already a coin M in the coin checking device 31, then this becomes effective as a blocking element against the entry of a further coin. In the latter case, the sensor 36 bumps when i try to enter a second coin on the coin surface and is blocked.
- the locking member 3 Via the declared gear connection of the sensor 36 to the locking member 3 on the coin mask 1, the locking member 3 also remains blocked and with diosem the other parts of the closing device, the locking member 4 and the closing segment 5 are prevented from being brought out of the closed position.
- the device for sensing the space in the coin checking device 31 explained last, a means is created in particular to make it impossible to enter several coins without actuating the handle 24. This saves all malfunctions and failures caused by such incorrect operation in the device.
- a stud 40 is arranged on the locking segment 5, which, when the locking segment 5 is pivoted, moves from the closed position into the region of a control cam which is seated on the actuating shaft 43 of the handle 24 and can be rotated with the latter.
- the course of the active zone of the control curve is designed so that only in the basic position of the handle 24 or the control curve of the stud bolt 40 on the closing segment 5 can move into a recess in the control curve, in all positions of the control curve outside the basic position however, any pivoting movement of the locking segment 5 due to the pivoting in of the periphery of the control cam as an active zone in front of the stud bolts 40 is prevented.
- the function of the last-described device depends on the basic position of the device handle 24 and, due to the indicated gear connection, also locks the locking members 3 and 4 when the handle 24 is out of the basic position by blocking the locking segment 5.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a closing device, controllable by the entry of a coin, for a coin entry opening for self-collecting devices, in particular parking meters, with two locking levers that move apart when entering a coin and cover the entry opening and with a locking part that can be pivoted depending on the basic position of the device handle.
Self-collecting devices of the bononne type, in which a coin or a brand p having a certain force can be triggered in the sales process by inserting a coin, require a considerable expenditure of protective devices. To prevent such attempts to operate the device in an undesired manner, a device for closing the coin entry opening according to DK-PS 555 727 has become known. The disadvantages of this known device lie firstly in the design-related design, which is extremely deep in the direction of coin entry, which in most applications requires an arrangement of the coin slot protruding beyond the housing. On the other hand, the individual, independently movable probe levers and locking parts allow penetration into the interior of the device with any flat object. The known device cannot prevent further coins or other objects from being entered immediately after the entry of a coin, which eventually cause a blockage or malfunction of the device functions when the device is subsequently operated.
In another known protective device for coin insertion (DE-PS 552 791) are also in an upstream coin slot in the same plane to the coin
In another known device according to GB-PS No. 351 635, a locking member covers the input slot in its longitudinal direction and is pivotally mounted at one end. Aufgrun d of a coin of appropriate diameter i st, the locking member I soaps based on the Miinzsrh tz li and a supporting point pivot. First, a catch element is moved out of the locked position by the action of the coin diameter. The catch member as the only locking means for locking the movable coin slot cover can also be pushed away with any flat object, so that the locking element for the input slot can also be moved in the simplest manner with each said flat object. Other measures for multiple uses of the coin input device, in particular those which could make it difficult to open the coin input opening improperly, are not provided here. Above all, no measure has been taken which, for example, can prevent double coins being inserted into coins which can be used per se, with the result of a malfunction caused by unsuspecting non-observance of an operating instruction or even failure of the device would be avoided.
The object of the invention is to provide a device for completely closing the input opening for coins on self-collecting devices, in particular for hand-insignible parking meters, in which the closing parts open only once and due to simultaneous influencing by means of a first or single input coin for an operation lasson.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the locking members are arranged in a spring-loaded swiveling manner in a coin mask in front of the input slot and, via separate driver elements, drive a closing segment pivotably mounted behind the coin mask by means of sliding guides due to simultaneous actuation of the locking members into a position releasing the input opening, that little Asia a Sporrgliod is connected to a scanning element with a scanning element in a positive drive connection, which scanning element can only be deflected in the absence of a coin in the coin testing element, whereby the closing segment is free for the opening movement.
The varlocking device consists of few parts and can be manufactured with little effort in terms of production technology. The constructive design gives the device an extremely flat design, which can be effortlessly inserted into the housing on housing for self-checkout devices. If one wants to pass an opening over the one locking member, it is the arrangement and design of the engaging parts between the locking member and the locking segment that prevents the movement of the parts via a self-locking device. If one wants to reach an opening via the second locking element alone, then the locking device between the closing segment and the first locking element is able to prevent an opening. In addition, a scanning element is provided which tests the condition in the coin testing element and is in positive connection with a locking element in a geared connection.
It is almost self-evident that the locking part 1 can only be opened as a function of the basic position of the device handle, which is achieved by the interaction of a bolt on the locking part with a cam element on the shaft of the device handle.

A device that can be controlled from the closed to the opened state under certain conditions is provided as the coin input device. An extremely effective measure for blocking the closing device by means of unsuitable objects, for example if an attempt is made to open the
Finally, a
When only the
Finally, as a basic measure for releasing the
