- the deaeration valve for a bag in particular an open mouth bag intended to receive an atomized powdered product, said valve comprising two superimposed film elements made integral so as to form a pocket providing a sealed interior space ending in at least one suction channel, the external face of one of the elements being fixed to the external face of the wall of the bag along a closed contour which delimits an area comprising perforations through said element and the wall, these perforations being arranged opposite so as to make the interior of the bag communicate with the interior of the valve pocket, and a sheet or filter plate with a porous texture being applied to the internal face of the perforated wall of the bag in front the perforations, is characterized in that said filtering plate is a drainage plate whose surface is close to that of the bag laid flat and has a sufficient thickness compared to the dimensions of the bag and the suction pocket to promote the drainage of air towards it like a wick.

- the invention therefore consists in adding to a pocket-shaped valve, intended for deaerating a bag filled with "open mouth", a sheet or drainage plate which extends far from the outlet perforations so as to drain in the manner wicks away air pockets.
- the drainage sheet must have a porous texture to allow the internal circulation of air, it is also used as a filter at the perforation level, but its main function is first to drain the distant air streams and collect them in the area with the suction holes.
- the porous-textured sheet applied according to the invention to the internal face of the perforated wall of the bag extends far beyond the area of the perforations, has a high thickness and performs two functions, namely a function which consists in going to catch the air nets far inside the bag, to drain them towards the perforations and to gather them on these and that to filter the air thus drained, said sheet then behaving as a network of multiple channels converging towards the suction zone where the perforations are located, the mouths of said channels constituting as many air intakes remote from the perforations and distributed over the entire extent of the bag.
- the flexible bag 1 for example made of plastic, comprises a valve 2 formed of two superimposed plastic film elements 3 and 4 (cf. fig. 2) made integral at one end and at the side edges so as to provide a sealed interior space 5 communicating with the outside via a suction channel 6, the element 3 adjacent to the external face 7 of a wall 8 of the bag 1 being welded to the latter by a cord 9 with a closed contour delimiting a zone 10, in which openings 11 are arranged in coincidence both through the wall 8 of the bag 1 and through the element 3 of the valve, these openings 11 making the interior 12 of the bag communicate 1 with the internal space 5 of the valve 2.
