Claims (13)

1. Vorrichtung zum Setzen eines Reiters (16) auf die Schmalseite einer Platte (14) beispielsweise einer Verglasung, wobei der Reiter mit einer halbsteifen selbstklebenden Hülle (18) versehen ist, die merklich über seinen Umfang hinausgeht und mit einer Öffnung derart vorgeformt ist, daß er frei gegen die Scheibe der Platte (14) greift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist:
a) ein Gestell (10),
b) eine Klemme (20-20'), die fest mit dem Gestell (10) verbunden ist und in der Lage ist, durch Verspannen es in Stellung gegenüber der Scheibe (14) vermittels eines verformbaran Doppelparallelogramm-Mechanismus (28, 30, 32, 32', 34, 34', 36, 36', 33, 35, 38) zu halten, der dafür sorgt, daß es auf gleiche Höhe mit der Dicke der Platte gebracht wird,
c) eine Abstützung (68, 70, 72) für den seine Hülle tragenden Reiter, versehen mit Verschiebeeinrichtungen (74-74', 78), die es auf die Schmalseite der Platte (14) mit Bezug auf das Gestell (10) führen; und
d) Einrichtungen zum Pressen der Hülle (100-100', 102, 96-98, 94, 74-74'), die zusammen mit der Abstützung (68, 70, 72) zur Wirkung kommen.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebeeinrichtungen und die Anpreßeinrichtungen untereinander über Kupplungseinrichtungen (80-80', 86, 78, 90, 92) verbunden sind, die es einem einzigen Antriebsorgan (82, 84) bei einer kontinuierlichen Bewegung ermöglichen, die aufeinander folgende Ausübung ihrer beiden Funktionen hervorzurufen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verspannung der Klemme (20-20') durch ein von einem Griff (48) oder ähnlichem betätigten Steuersystem sichergestellt ist und welches seitliche obere (28) und untere (30) Längsholme umfaßt, die an einem ihrer jeweiligen Enden die Backen (22, 24) dieser Klemme und zwischen diesen unteren und oberen Längsholmen dieses verformbare Doppelparallelogramm tragen, das aus einem Zusammenbau gekuppelter umgekehrter Lenker (32, 32', 34, 34', 36, 36') hergestellt ist, welche die Bewegung eines Parallelogramms auf das andere übertragen, um die Backen aneinander anzunähern, wobei eine Zugfeder (40) die Rückstellung des Systems gegen die Öffnungsstellung der Backen sicherstellt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung der Bewegung der Backen (22, 24) der Klemme (20, 20') durch den Griff (48) oder dergleichen mit Hilfe von Exzentern (44) vorgenommen wird, die auf die oberen Längsholme (28) über auf diesen Längsholmen (28) gelagerte Blattfedern (50) wirken.
5. Vorrichtungnach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine der Backen (22, 24) der Klemme (20, 20') einen Anschlag (26) umfaßt, auf dem sich die Seite der Scheibe beim Positionieren des Gestells (10) bezüglich der Scheibe (14) abstützt.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger des Reiters aus einer mit Zentrierrungspions (70) für den Reiter und sine Umhüllung versehene Platte (68) gebildet ist, wobei die Platte mit Magneten (72), um dort den Reiter zu halten, versehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger des Reiters am Ende von Stangen (74-74') angebracht ist, die durch Federn (80-80') rückgestellt sind und im Innern von in einem festen fest mit dem Gestell (10) verbundenen Block (42) unter der Wirkung eines Stößels (76) gleitverschieblich sind, um den mit seiner selbstklebenden Hülle (18) versehenen Reiter (16) auf die Seite der Scheibe (14) zu führen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verkleben des überstehenden Teils der Hülle auf die Außenflächen sowie die Schmalseite der Scheibe (14) mit Hilfe von Preßwalzen (100-100') vorgenommen wird, die mit Lenkern (96-98) fest verbunden sind, welche bezüglich eines beweglichen Lagers (94) gelenkig sind und auf Stangen (74-74') gleiten, wobei Einrichtungen für die Verschiebung des Reiterträgers sorgen und dieses bewegliche Lager auf dem Stößel (76) angebracht ist, welcher eine einstellbare Rückstellfeder (86) umfaßt, die härter als die Rückstellfeder (80-80') der Stangen des Reiterträgers tariert ist, damit die Preßwalzen erst nach der Positionierung des Reiters (16) und seiner Hülle aus der Schmalseite der Scheibe (14) betätigt werden.
9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen (100-100') mit einem nachgiebigen und elastischen Überzug, beispielsweise Gummi, verkleidet sind.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiterhin versenkbare mit dem Gestell (10) zusammenwirkende Zentrierungseinrichtungen umfaßt, die es ermöglichen, dieses bezüglich dem einen oder anderen der seitlichen Ränder der Scheibe (14) zu positionieren.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese versenkbaren Zentrierungseinrichtungen aus zwei Federanschlägen (105-105') bestehen, die am Ende von festen Armen, die zu beiden Seiten des Gestells (10) vorgesehen sind, angebracht sind, wobei diese Federanschläge in Abstützung gegen die seitlichen Ränder der Scheibe (14) kommen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiterhin eine Zentrierungslehre, bestehend aus einer Bank (52), aufweist, die auf der Scheibe (14) parallel zu derjenigen ihrer Schmalseiten, an der Reiter (16) vorgesehen werden, gehalten ist und mit beweglichen Anschlägen (56) und einer gewissen Anzahl von längs der Bank (52) verschiebbaren Zentrierungsanschlägen (60) versehen ist, wobei diese Anschläge mit Einrichtungen ausgestattet sind, die es ermöglichen, sie längs der Bank (52) an jedem vorbestimmten Ort zu befestigen, wobei konjugierte Einrichtungen auf dem Gestell (10) und auf den Zentrierungsanschlägen zur seitlichen Positionierung des Gestells (10) bezüglich der Zentrierungslehre vorgesehen sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur seitlichen Positionierung des Gestells (10) bezüglich der Zentrierungslehre vorgesehenen konjugierten Einrichtungen gebildet werden einerseits durch einen Federauflageanschlag (66), der auf einer festen Traverse (64) vor dem Gestell (10) angebracht ist und andererseits durch ein Lager (62) in Schlitzform, das auf jedem der Zentrieranschläge (60) der Lehre vorgesehen ist, wobei der Anschlag (66) in der Lage ist, sich in dieses Lager (62) einzupassen.
