Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a dosing container for powdery or granular substances, such as e.g. Coffee, sugar, flour or the like. With a storage space, a metering device and a plurality of separating disks, one above the other and rotatably mounted against one another in the metering container, each provided with a recess, at least one separating disk being fixed against rotation.
In the household, it is often necessary to use powdery or granular substances such as Coffee, sugar or flour, to be handled in a metered manner, for example coffee for brewing coffee, flour for baking cakes or the like. The metering is usually carried out either using a spoon or using a measuring cup.
From CH-PS 310 534 a dosing container has already become known in which the material to be dosed receiving storage room compared to an individual dosing room is closed off by a separating disc which has a passage opening for the goods. A dosing container is arranged underneath this passage opening, which can be slid back and forth or can be rotated and can thus be brought under the filling opening on the one hand so that the material to be dosed flows into the dosing space from the storage space and is then closed by a movement relative to this storage space can and can be placed in a further separating disc via a passage opening arranged below it, so that the material dosed in the dosing space can now flow out through this second outlet opening. An arrangement of approximately the same type is described in US Pat. No. 2,877,937 or also in US Pat. No. 2,8 05,799. All these known devices have the disadvantage that the dosing space is only able to take up a fixed specific amount, even if dosing rooms of different sizes are provided in a single device, such as in the device according to US Pat. No. 2,377,937 become. An individual variation of the amount to be dosed from one time to the next is not possible with any of these known devices.
The invention has for its object a container for manual metering of powder or to create granular substances, in which the substance located in the storage room is successively fed to a removal opening in precisely individually adjustable amounts. Here, the device according to the invention is to be constructed in a simple manner, so that a mass product for private households is made available at low cost.
This object of the invention is achieved in that the fixed cutting disc is arranged at a distance from a rotatable cutting disc and these two cutting discs are each equipped with a height corresponding to the distance, arranged laterally of the recess, the one formed by the two cutting discs Dosing space is closed at the top and bottom by two cutting disks coupled to each other for rotation, the recesses of which are offset with respect to one another in the direction of rotation.
This measure creates a metering space which can be individually adjusted in terms of its size and which can be filled from the storage space when the recess provided in the cutting disc above it is flush with the metering space. Since the cutting disc arranged above the dosing chamber is inevitably coupled for rotation with the cutting disc arranged below the dosing chamber, the dosing is in this case room inevitably closed at the bottom. The setting of the two cutting discs mentioned is carried out accordingly.
If the inlet opening to the dosing chamber is now closed by a rotary movement of these two cutting disks, the outlet opening of the dosing chamber is opened at the same time, so that the material dosed in the dosing chamber can flow out into a corresponding receiving or dispensing device.
Further advantageous refinements are defined in the subclaims.

In the drawing, 1 generally designates the metering container, which has an
The parts forming the functional device can be seen more clearly from FIG. 2 and consist of a large number of cutting disks arranged one above the other. In the drawing, 5 denotes the lowermost cutting disc, which has a
Above the
Above the
Above the
Here are how this is the exploded representation in Fiq. 2 shows the two
Above the
From the illustration in Fig. 2 it can be seen that the
With 31 notches are designated, which are provided at the passage opening 32 and which are used for setting and fixing an
With the
The
In the assembled state, the size of the
Then, by actuating the
