Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von bahn-, plattenoder mattenartigen Mineralfaserkörpern mit wenigstens annähernd senkrecht zu den großen Oberflächen ausgerichteten Fasern, bei dem mehrere Faserbahnen, -platten oder -matten mit im wesentlichen parallel zu den großen Oberflächen verlaufenden Fasern übereinandergestapelt und von diesem Stapel senkrecht zum Faserverlauf aus einzelnen Streifen bestehende Scheiben abgeschnitten und so umgelegt werden daß deren Schnittflächen zu den großen Oberflächen der Mineralfaserkörper werden. Aus der US-PS 3 493 452 ist bereits ein Verfahren bekannt, nach dem aus einer Bahn in Längsrichtung Streifen geschnitten und in einer schraubenförmigen Winkelführung gewendet werden. Eine solche schraubenförmige Winkelführung muß jedoch jeweils dem Querschnitt und der Anzahl der gefertigten Streifen angepaßt sein. Sie kann also nicht für beliebige Streifenquerschnitte verwendet werden.A method is already known from US Pat. Aus der FR-PS 22 47 345 sind bereits ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer nicht gewebten Faserbahn bekannt, wobei ein aus längs ausgerichteten Fasern bestehender Strang in eine Hülle gebracht und die mit den Fasern gefüllte rohrförmige Hülle an einem Ende durch eine Schneidvorrichtung geschnitten wird, die geschnittenen Faserstrangstücke in Führungen durch ein Transportband weitertransportiert und in Führungen überführt werden, von denen sie einer Schneidvorrichtung zugeführt werden. Vor dem Schneiden wird die Stirnseite des jeweiligen Faserstrangstückes durch eine Unterdruckzone festgehalten, bis es auf ein weiteres horizontales Transportband in dem Augenblick abgelegt wird, in dem der Unterdruck aufgehoben wird. Das die Saugvorrichtung umschließende Transportband wird erst in dem Augenblick in Bewegung gesetzt, wenn die Faserstreifen auf dem Transportband festgesaugt sind. Durch die Schwenkbewegung der Saugvorrichtung und des Transportbandes rückt das die Saugvorrichtung umschließende Transportband einer nachgeordneten Transportvorrichtung so nahe, daß ein guter Übergang der einzelnen Streifen auf diese erfolgt. Gegebenenfalls kann die Schneidvorrichtung 2 beweglich und der Tisch unbeweglich angeordnet sein, insbesondere dann, wenn durch die Schneidvorrichtung 2 der Schnitt von oben nach unten geführt wird. Mittels der Saugvorrichtung 3 wird die aus den abgeschnittenen Faserstreifen bestehende Streifenscheibe 6a an dem Transportband 5 festgesaugt und dann durch Kippen der Saugvorrichtung 3 um die Achse 4 ein Zwischenraum zwischen den Faserplatten 6 und der Scheibe 6a aus den Faserstreifen erzeugt. Die Kipp- oder Schwenkbewegund kann durch jede bekannte Verstellvorrichtung durchgeführt werden. Bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist ein hyraulischer bzw. pneumatischer Zylinder 7 vorgesehen, der über Steuerungselemente die Verschwenkung der Saugvorrichtung 3 und des Förderbandes 5 durchführt. Dabei muß selbstverständlich die Schwenkachse 4 von der Grundfläche der untersten Faserplatte um den Abstand a soviel tiefer gesetzt sein, daß durch die Schwenkbewegung auch der unterste Faserstreifen der Scheibe 6a von dem Stapel aus den Fasermatten oder -platten angezogen wird. Die Schwenkbewegung wird dann in die gestrichelt gezeichnete Stellung fortgesetzt, so daß in dieser Endstellung eine einwandfreie Übergabe der Scheibe aus Faserstreifen von dem Förderband 5 an die nachfolgende Fördervorrichtung, die bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 ein weiteres Förderband 8 und bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 eine Rutsche 8a ist, erfolgt.At the front end of a support table 1 in the direction of transport there is a cutting device 2, furthermore a suction device 3, which can be pivoted about the axis 4 and is covered by an at least partially air-permeable conveyor belt 5. Claims (3)

1.
