Abstract

Elektrotermiline reaktor on ette nähtud lähtematerjali, erinevate süsivesinikke ja süsinikku sisaldavate orgaaniliste ühendite ja kütuse, sh söe, põlevkivi, turba, puidu, aga ka olmeprügi ja muude jäätmete ning eri plastide ja kummitoodete gaasistamiseks, saades niiviisi muudeks ostarveteks kasutatava sünteesgaasi. Elektrotermiline reaktor sisaldab lähtematerjali gaasistamiseks omavahel ühendatud ülemisest 1 ja alumisest osast 2 koosnevat reaktsioonikambrit, reaktsioonikambriga ühendatud lähtematerjali punkrit 30, reaktsioonikambri põhjas sularäbu vanni 4, sellega ühendatud kahte vedelmetallelektroodi 6, mis on omakorda elektrilises ühenduses kahe metallelektroodiga 8, kus vedelmetallelektroodid 6 on teineteisest eraldatud vaheseinaga 7. Reaktsioonikambri seinas paikneb sulgurventiiliga varustatud kanal 25 sünteesgaasi reaktsioonikambrist väljajuhtimiseks. Reaktsioonikambri ülemine osa 1 on kanali 27 kaudu ühendatud tükeldatud lähtematerjali punkriga 30. Reaktsioonikambri alumine osa 2 on kanali 18 kaudu ühenduses peenlähtematerjali punkriga 31, kusjuures peenlähtematerjali reaktsioonikambrisse suunamiseks on reaktsioonikambri ülemises osas 1 moodustatud kraani ja gaasipuhuriga varustatud kanal 15, mille kaudu gaasistamisel tekkinud gaasi osa on suunatud ejektorisse 20. Plastlähtematerjali punkrist 39 reaktsioonikambrisse plastlähtematerjali sisestamiseks on ette nähtud etteandekanal. Reaktor on varustatud reaktsioonikambri käivitamiseks ja selle töötamisel gaasistamisprotsesside juhtimiseks kontrollisõlmega 46 ja selleks vajalike kontrollventiilidega 21, 22, 23 ja 24.
