Abstract
Leiutise sisuks on mikrovooluti meetod ja seade vedelike, lahuste, gaaside ja osakeste omaduste tuvastamiseks, kus uuritav vedelik või gaas, koos osakestega või ilma, kulgeb vähemalt ühes kanalis, läbi omavahel elektriliselt isoleeritud, vähemalt ühe elektroodide paari vahel moodustuva miniatuurse mõõtekambri, kus mõõdetakse elektrilist impedantsi. Lahendust iseloomustab see, et tundlikkuse ja mõõtetäpsuse tõstmiseks samade mõõtmetega ruumiliste elektroodide paaride ristlõige väheneb mõlemalt poolt sujuvalt suunaga mõõtekambri poole. Tüüpiliselt on otstarbekas mitme kanaliga seadme kasutamine võrdlevaks mõõtmiseks ning diferentsiaalsete mõõteskeemide kasutamine kahe või enama kanaliga lahendustes.
