Abstract

Käesolev leiutis käsitleb seadet vedelas proovis vähemalt ühe orgaanilise analüüdi tuvastamiseks ja kvantifitseerimiseks. Seade on tehtud kasutama orgaaniliste analüütide ja mitmekihilisele analüüsisubstraadile immobiliseeritud selektiivsete sidumiskohtade vahelist spetsiifilist interaktsiooni, mis põhineb sellise substraadi fluorestsentsi indutseerimisel ja registreerimisel, biokeemiliste, geneetiliste ja keskkonnaalaste analüüside läbiviimiseks. Tuvastamine põhineb analüüdi molekuli spetsiifilisel interaktsioonil analüüsi-substraadi pinnale immobiliseeritud mitmekihilise nanostruktuuriga seotud sensormolekuli spetsiifilise sidumiskohaga. Analüüsi-substraat on struktureeritud sellisel viisil, et sellega pakutakse FRET-i kvantpunktide ja sensormolekulil oleva spetsiifilise sidumiskohaga seotud analüüdi molekuli fluorestsentsmargise vahel.
