Abstract
Procedimiento para la eliminación del uso de productos químicos en el pre-tratamiento de plantas desaladoras de agua de mar por ósmosis inversa, mediante la sustitución de las unidades de tratamiento físico constituidos por filtros de arena con porosidad de um (6), los filtros de porosidad media de 10 um (10) y los filtros de porosidad pequeña de 1 a 5 um (13), así como los sistema de lavado de los filtros de arena(7),de los filtros de porosidad media(11) y de los filtros de porosidad pequeña (14), por una única unidad de tratamiento físico, constituido por un sistema de membranas de ultra filtración del tipo denominado MBR (23), así como la eliminación de la dosificación de antiincrustantes químicos como el Na6P6O18(15) mediante la dosificación de H2SO4(25) para regular el pH del agua de mar entre 6 y 6,5 para evitar la precipitación de sales en las membranas de ósmosis inversas (18).
