Abstract

Una tubería no metálica con cable en espiral, relacionada con el campo técnico de la extracción de petróleo en un campo de petróleo; la tubería no metálica con cable en espiral comprende: un tubo de revestimiento (100), utilizándose el tubo de revestimiento (100) para formar un conducto para el transporte medio; de adentro hacia afuera, una pared exterior del tubo de revestimiento (100) está provista secuencialmente de una capa empotrada de cable (200) y una camisa de protección (300); la capa empotrada de cable (200) comprende un cable y una pluralidad de correas de refuerzo (210), utilizándose las correas de refuerzo (210) para para resistir la deformación de torsión y soportar una tensión axial; la camisa de protección (300) se utiliza para evitar el desgaste del cable. El cable está empotrado en la tubería no metálica con cable en espiral en lugar de que el cable se proporcione externamente de manera convencional, lo que resuelve los inconvenientes en los que la tubería tradicional hecha de acero requiere que se proporcione externamente un cable independiente para un blindaje separado, y por lo tanto la operación desperdicia tiempo y trabajo y el cable se daña fácilmente. Por lo tanto, se prolonga la vida útil de los cables y se aumenta la eficiencia de la extracción de petróleo.
