Abstract
Se revelan varias realizaciones de métodos y sistemas para reasignación basada en modo de cargas de trabajo en un dispositivo informático portátil ("PCD") que contiene un sistema multi-procesador heterogéneo en un chip ("SoC"). Dado que los componentes de procesamiento individuales en un multiprocesador heterogéneo SoC pueden mostrar diferentes capacidades o fuerzas de rendimiento, y porque más de uno de los componentes de procesamiento puede ser capaz de procesar un bloque determinado de código, los sistemas y metodologías de reasignación basados en modo se pueden aprovechar para optimizar la calidad del servicio (QoS) mediante la asignación de cargas de trabajo en tiempo real, o casi en tiempo real, a los componentes de procesamiento con mayor capacidad de procesar el bloque de código de una manera que cumpla con los objetivos de rendimiento de un modo operativo.
