Abstract
Un proceso para sintetizar un compuesto de la bacatina III C-7 protegido representado por la fórmula (A), que comprende reaccionar un compuesto de 10-deacetilbacatina III representado por la fórmula (B) con un agente de protección y un agente de acilación en la presencia de una amina secundaria y un compuesto que contiene nitrógeno. También, un procedimiento para sintetizar un compuesto de 10-deacetilbacatina III C-7 protegido representado por la fórmula (C), que comprende reaccionar un compuesto de 10-deacetilbacatina III representado por la fórmula (B) con un agente de protección en la presencia de una amina secundaria y compuesto que contiene nitrógeno. En ambos procedimientos el compuesto que contiene nitrógeno se selecciona de un heterociclo que contiene nitrógeno o una tiralquilamina. Cuando se selecciona el heterociclo que contiene nitrógeno, puede ser una piridina no sustituida o sustituida, o una pirazina no sustituida o sustituida. Cuando se selecciona una trialquilamina, puede ser, por ejemplo trietilamina o diisopropiletilamina. (A, B, C) en donde PG1 representa el residuo orgánico del agente de protección, PG2 representa el residuo orgánico del agente de acilación, y R representa un grupo arilo simple o sustituido o un grupo heterocíclico.
