Abstract

Описан способ синтеза метанола, включающий стадии (i) образования синтез-газа, содержащего водород, монооксид углерода и диоксид углерода, из углеводородного сырья в установке риформинга, содержащей последовательно установку адиабатического предварительного риформинга и установку автотермического риформинга; (ii) охлаждения синтез-газа на одной или более стадиях теплообмена и извлечение технологического конденсата из охлажденного синтез-газа с образованием подпиточного газа, имеющего стехиометрическое значение R в диапазоне от 1,80 до 1,95; (iii) пропускания подаваемого газа, содержащего подпиточный газ, в контур синтеза метанола, содержащий один или более реакторов синтеза метанола; (iv) извлечения смеси газообразного продукта, содержащей метанол, из контура синтеза метанола, охлаждение смеси газообразного продукта до температуры ниже точки росы для конденсации метанола-сырца и отделение метанола-сырца от смеси непрореагировавших газов; и (v) рециркуляции части смеси непрореагировавших газов в контур синтеза метанола и извлечение части смеси непрореагировавших газов в виде потока продувочного газа, в котором обогащенный водородом поток и обогащенный углеродом поток отделяют от потока продувочного газа, часть обогащенного водородом потока подают в контур синтеза метанола, а часть обогащенного углеродом потока подают в установку риформинга.
