Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к соединениям формулы Iи к их применению в качестве антагонистов активности рецепторов P2X3 и P2X2/3, к фармацевтическим композициям, содержащим такие соединения, и к способам лечения с их применением. Соединения по настоящему изобретению можно применять для лечения и/или предотвращения боли, и хронической боли, и толерантности к анальгетикам, респираторных нарушений и дисфункций, и лечения гиперактивности мочевого пузыря, болевого синдрома в мочевом пузыре, дизурии и в целом заболеваний органов мочеполовой системы, сердечно-сосудистых нарушений и в целом для потенциального лечения заболеваний и нарушений висцеральных органов, характеризующихся вовлечением рецепторов P2X3 и P2X2/3.
