Abstract

Способ получения нейтрализованного потока текучей среды из потока текучей среды, содержащего метанол и по меньшей мере один кислотный газ, включающий a) этап абсорбции, при котором поток текучей среды соединяют с абсорбентом в абсорбере, причем получают загруженный метанолом и кислотными газами абсорбент и, по меньшей мере, частично нейтрализованный поток текучей среды; b) этап регенерации, при котором по меньшей мере часть полученного на этапе a) загруженного абсорбента регенерируют в регенераторе с получением, по меньшей мере, частично регенерированного абсорбента и газообразного потока, содержащего метанол и по меньшей мере один кислотный газ; c) этап рециркуляции, при котором по меньшей мере один частичный поток регенерированного абсорбента из этапа b) возвращают на этап абсорбции a); d) этап конденсации, при котором конденсат, содержащий метанол, переконденсируют из газообразного потока из этапа b); отличающийся тем, что регенератор дополнительно содержит секцию обратной промывки, а конденсат из этапа d) частично возвращают в регенератор в верхнюю часть зоны обратной промывки или выше зоны обратной промывки.
