Abstract
Способ получения этиленгликоля, включающий стадии (i) подачи в первый реактор источника углевода, растворителя, водорода, первого гетерогенного катализатора, где первый гетерогенный катализатор содержит один или более переходных металлов из групп 8, 9 и 10 периодической системы элементов, и гомогенного катализатора, где гомогенный катализатор содержит вольфрам; (ii) взаимодействия в первом реакторе при температуре в интервале от 170°C или более до 270°C или менее по меньшей мере части источника углевода в присутствии водорода, растворителя, первого гетерогенного катализатора и гомогенного катализатора; (iii) удаления из первого реактора потока продукта первого реактора и отделения из такого потока продукта первого реактора по меньшей мере одной фракции, богатой этиленгликолем; и одной фракции, богатой сорбитом, содержащей концентрированный гомогенный катализатор; (iv) подачи во второй реактор водорода и по меньшей мере части богатой сорбитом фракции, содержащей концентрированный гомогенный катализатор; (v) взаимодействия во втором реакторе при температуре от 200°C или более до 300°C или менее по меньшей мере части богатой сорбитом фракции, содержащей концентрированный гомогенный катализатор, где второй гетерогенный катализатор содержит один или более переходных металлов из групп 8, 9 и 10 периодической системы элементов; (vi) удаления потока продукта второго реактора из второго реактора.
