Abstract

Способ получения метанола из метана, в котором горячие электроны, генерируемые под действием внешнего электрического поля в процессе, происходящем в многослойной гетероструктуре, содержащей нанопористый слой, приводят к превращению метана в метанол. Структура генерирует горячие электроны посредством пространственного усиления электрического поля и удаляет горячие дырки, которые образуются при выходе горячих электронов. Эта комбинация усиливает гетерогенный катализ реакции превращения.
