Изобретение относится к производству строительных изделий, а именно к способу формования при изготовлении декоративных изделий из бетона, которые могут быть использованы в оформлении различных объектов и благоустройстве территорий. Технический результат изобретения заключается в способе изготовления декоративных бетонных изделий, в котором формование производится с помощью многоуровневой формовочной оснастки, состоящей из отдельных формообразующих частей-уровней: лицевой части-формы с декоративным оформлением, поддон-формы несущей балки, объединив которые в целое, позволяет получить монолитное изделие существенно измененной конструкции, где декоративная лицевая часть отдельно от несущей части в виде балки. Способ позволяет получить бетонные декоративные изделия с объемным визуальным восприятием декоративных оформлений, похожые на 3D-модели, без каких-либо лишних деталей, в виде рамок и панелей, за счет незаметного удерживающего элемента-несущей балки.The invention relates to the production of building products, and in particular to a method of molding in the manufacture of decorative concrete products that can be used in the design of various objects and landscaping. The technical result of the invention consists in a method for the manufacture of decorative concrete products, in which molding is carried out using a multi-level molding equipment, consisting of separate forming parts-levels: the front part-forms with decorative design, the tray-forms of the carrier beam, combining which into a whole, allows you to get a monolithic product of a significantly modified design, where the decorative front part is separate from the bearing part in the form of a beam. The method allows to obtain concrete decorative products with a three-dimensional visual perception of decorative designs, similar to 3D models, without any extra details, in the form of frames and panels, due to an inconspicuous holding element-bearing beam.
