Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к йодированному контрастному агенту для КТ, выполненному из производных жирных кислот, для неинвазивной визуализации и количественной оценки бурой и/или бежевой жировой ткани (БЖТ) или для визуализации сердца и/или печени субъекта. Полезно, что этот контрастный агент принимают перорально, что является прорывом в КТ-визуализации. Разрешение изображения, полученного методом КТ, значительно улучшается по сравнению с ПЭТ.
