Abstract

Предложен способ оптимизации работы установки каталитического риформинга. Установка имеет множество содержащих катализатор реакторов, через которые последовательно течет рабочий газ, при этом состав рабочего газа в реакторах изменяется, на выходной стороне последнего из реакторов получают продукт. Согласно способу сначала получают конкретные постоянные характеристики и начальные рабочие параметры установки, имеющиеся в течение работы. Затем осуществляется компьютерное моделирование химических процессов в реакторах, причем помимо постоянных характеристик и полученных начальных рабочих параметров также учитывают результаты измерения химического состава продукта, получаемого на выходной стороне последнего реактора. После этого выполняют компьютерные моделирования химических процессов в реакторах с различающимися измененными рабочими параметрами, причем в качестве измененных рабочих параметров, помимо расхода молекулярного водорода, также отдельно регулируют различающиеся температуры рабочего газа на входе каждого реактора. Из вычисленного химического состава продукта определяют набор оптимизированных рабочих параметров.
