Abstract
Изобретение относится к нагревательным устройствам на твердом топливе, применяемым для нагрева воздуха и получения пара в банях. Техническим результатом является упрощение конструкции печи, повышение технологичности печи, повышение герметичности топочного пространства, повышение теплоотдачи печи, возможность регулировки теплоотдачи печи, упрощение транспортировки печи от производства к месту реализации, возможность замены любой из пришедших в негодность деталей печи, снижение массы печи. Технический результат достигается тем, что банная печь содержит верхнюю плиту, основание, топочный агрегат с установленной на колосниковую плиту колосниковой решеткой и пламегасителем, в которой топочный канал имеет узкую и широкую части, узкой частью топочный канал соединен с топочным агрегатом, а в противоположной, широкой, части расположена топочная дверца, при этом все соединения топочного агрегата выполнены через шип-паз и во всех таких стыках уложен огнеупорный шнур и термостойкий герметик, а сам топочный канал зафиксирован непосредственно к топочному агрегату при помощи термостойкого герметика и огнеупорного шнура, составной из двух частей пламегаситель расположен под дымоотводящим патрубком и над колосниковой плитой, причем первая часть пламегасителя неподвижно соединена через шип-паз с передней и боковыми стенками или через шип-паз с передней стенкой и установлена на выступы, расположенные на боковых стенках топочного агрегата, а вторая часть пламегасителя подвижно установлена на выступы, расположенные на боковых стенках топочного агрегата и на первой части пламегасителя.The invention relates to solid fuel heating devices used for heating air and generating steam in baths. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the bath stove contains an upper plate, a base, a combustion unit with a grate and a flame arrester installed on the grate plate, in which the combustion channel has a narrow and wide part, the narrow part of the combustion channel is connected to the combustion unit, and in the opposite, wide , part of the furnace door is located, while all the connections of the combustion unit are made through a thorn-groove and in all such joints a refractory cord and a heat-resistant sealant are laid, and the combustion channel itself is fixed directly to the combustion unit using a heat-resistant sealant and a refractory cord, composed of two parts the flame arrester is located under the smoke outlet and above the grate plate, and the first part of the flame arrester is fixedly connected through the thorn-groove with the front and side walls or through the thorn-groove with the front wall and installed on the protrusions located on the side walls of the combustion unit, and the second part of the flame arrester is movable installed on the protrusions located on the side walls of the combustion unit and on the first part of the flame arrester.
