Abstract
Морская нефтяная или газовая платформа (14, 16) содержит систему энергоснабжения с каскадной компоновкой для запуска из полностью обесточенного состояния. Система энергоснабжения содержит первую установку (60) энергоснабжения для подачи энергии на первом энергетическом уровне; устройство бесперебойного питания, выполненное с возможностью приема энергии от первой установки (60) энергоснабжения, причем источник бесперебойного питания предназначен для питания по меньшей мере одного существенного и/или критичного с точки зрения безопасности компонента нефтяной или газовой платформы (14, 16); и вторую установку (66, 68) энергоснабжения для подачи энергии на втором энергетическом уровне на основную энергораспределительную систему (64) морской платформы (14, 16), причем второй энергетический уровень выше, чем первый энергетический уровень, вторая установка энергоснабжения содержит источник (68, 70) питания и высокомощную систему (66) аккумулирования энергии, способную подавать энергию на втором энергетическом уровне, и вторая установка (66, 68) энергоснабжения может принимать энергию от первой установки (60) энергоснабжения и хранить энергию от первой установки (60) энергоснабжения в высокомощной системе (66) аккумулирования энергии. Для управления первой и второй установками энергоснабжения используют систему (62) управления, которая выполнена с возможностью осуществления процедуры запуска из полностью обесточенного состояния для обеспечения полной мощности для морской платформы (14, 16) через основную энергораспределительную систему (64) после отключения источника (68, 70) питания во второй установке энергоснабжения. Процедура запуска из полностью обесточенного состояния включает использование первой установки (60) энергоснабжения для запуска источника бесперебойного питания и, таким образом, для включения питания по меньшей мере одного существенного и/или критичного с точки зрения безопасности компонента; и затем использование высокомощной системы 66 аккумулирования энергии для включения источника (68, 70) питания.
