Несъемная опалубка разработана проектно-строительной компанией ТОО "Бастау и Ко". Несъемная опалубка - это экологически чистая, новая технология капитального подземного и надземного строительства, быстрого возведения недорогих теплых домов и зданий различного назначения, полностью соответствует современным строительным нормам и правилам. Здания из несъемной опалубки отличаются жесткостью, прочностью, хорошей тепло- и звукоизоляцией, что обеспечивается гармоничным сочетаниям прочностных характеристик бетона с теплоизоляционными свойствами опалубки. Обладает водоотталкивающими свойствами по сравнению с такими материалами, как каменная вата, дерево, URSA, газоблоки, пеноблоки и т.д. Внутренняя поверхность опалубки обладает необходимой шероховатостью, что придает идеальную адгезию бетона с изделием. Наружная поверхность опалубки имеет имитацию отделочных материалов под травертин, кирпич, плитку и т.д. Главным отличием несъемной опалубки является то, что она создана и разработана для возведения жилых многоэтажных и промышленных зданий с целью сохранения жесткости, прочности и целостности монолитной конструкции, что соответствует СНиП РК 5.03-34-2005.Fixed formwork was developed by the design and construction company LLP "Bastau and Co".
