Изобретение относится к устройствам для переработки отходов из резинотехнических и полимерных материалов. Устройство снабжено двумя баками-реакторами (1) и двумя выемными кассетами (4), верхним (3), нижним (15), отводящим (17) и газовым (6) трубопроводами с запорной арматурой (11), конденсатором (12), сепаратором (18), линией сброса неконденсирующихся газообразных продуктов (13), нагревателями (14) и теплоизоляцией (20). Баки-реакторы (1) выполнены с возможностью размещения в их внутренних объемах жидкометаллического теплоносителя (10) и снабжены съемными крышками (19). Выемные кассеты (4) проницаемы для жидкометаллического теплоносителя (10) и парогазовых продуктов переработки. Внутренние объемы баков-реакторов (1) в верхних и нижних частях обечаек (16) сообщены соответственно верхним (3) и нижним (15) трубопроводами. Внутренние объемы баков-реакторов (1) в верхних частях обечаек (16) сообщены с газовым трубопроводом (6). Отводящий трубопровод (17) проходит через конденсатор (12) и соединяет между собой верхний трубопровод (3) и полость сепаратора (18). Полость сепаратора (18) соединена с линией сброса неконденсирующихся газообразных продуктов (13). Газовый трубопровод подключен к баллону со сжатым газом (2) через газовый редуктор (5). Днища (9), обечайки (16) и нижний (15) трубопровод снабжены нагревателями (14) и теплоизоляцией (20), расположенной поверх них. Даны пять частных случаев реализации устройства. Технический результат - снижение времени процесса переработки отходов из резинотехнических и полимерных материалов.The invention relates to a device for processing waste from rubber and polymeric materials. The device is equipped with two tank reactors (1) and two removable cartridges (4), upper (3), lower (15), outlet (17) and gas (6) pipelines with shutoff valves (11), a condenser (12), a separator (18), the discharge line of non-condensable gaseous products (13), heaters (14) and thermal insulation (20). Reactor tanks (1) are arranged to accommodate liquid metal coolant (10) in their internal volumes and are equipped with removable covers (19). Removable cartridges (4) are permeable to liquid metal coolant (10) and combined-cycle products of processing. The internal volumes of the reactor tanks (1) in the upper and lower parts of the shells (16) are communicated by the upper (3) and lower (15) pipelines, respectively. The internal volumes of the reactor tanks (1) in the upper parts of the shells (16) are in communication with the gas pipeline (6). The discharge pipe (17) passes through the condenser (12) and connects the upper pipe (3) and the separator cavity (18). The cavity of the separator (18) is connected to the discharge line of non-condensable gaseous products (13). The gas pipeline is connected to the compressed gas cylinder (2) through a gas reducer (5). The bottoms (9), shells (16) and the lower (15) pipeline are equipped with heaters (14) and thermal insulation (20) located on top of them. Five particular cases of device implementation are given. The technical result is a reduction in the processing time of waste from rubber and polymer materials.
