Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к катетеру, который содержит катетерную трубку, выворачивающуюся наизнанку в процессе катетеризации. Катетерная трубка содержит множество продольных выступов, проходящих от первого конца катетерной трубки через, по меньшей мере, некоторый участок катетерной трубки и образующих угол от 0 градусов до 45° в относительно продольной оси катетерной трубки, обращенных радиально внутрь, а также средства для расширения окружности катетерной трубки при выворачивании катетерной трубки наизнанку от первого конца катетерной трубки. Продольные выступы обеспечивают осевое усиление катетерной трубки, что предотвращает складывание и изгиб трубки под действием осевой силы, сопротивления складки и трения между вывернутым участком и соответствующим участком трубки, находящимся под ним. Расширяющие средства расширяют окружность катетерной трубки в вывернутой области, уменьшая таким образом сопротивление складки и трение между вывернутым участком и соответствующим участком трубки, находящимся под ним.
