Abstract

Описан способ для синтеза метанола, включающий в себя стадии: (i) пропускания первой смеси синтез-газа, содержащей подпиточный газ, через первый реактор синтеза, содержащий охлажденный катализатор синтеза метанола, с получением первого потока газообразного продукта, (ii) извлечения метанола из первого потока газообразного продукта с получением посредством этого первой обедненной метанолом газовой смеси, (iii) объединения первой обедненной метанолом газовой смеси с потоком газа рециркуляционного контура с получением второй смеси синтез-газа, (iv) пропускания второй смеси синтез-газа через второй реактор синтеза, содержащий охлажденный катализатор синтеза метанола, с получением второго потока газообразного продукта, (v) извлечения метанола из второго потока газообразного продукта с получением посредством этого второй обедненной метанолом газовой смеси, и (vi) использования по меньшей мере части второй обедненной метанолом газовой смеси в качестве потока газа рециркуляционного контура, где первый реактор синтеза имеет более высокую теплопередачу на кубический метр катализатора, чем второй реактор синтеза, ни один из потоков газа рециркуляционного контура не подается в первую смесь синтез-газа, и коэффициент рециркуляции потока газа рециркуляционного контура с получением второй смеси синтез-газа находится в диапазоне от 1,1:1 до 6:1.
