Abstract

Способ получения метанола в параллельных реакторах, включающий следующие этапы: (а) реакцию оксидов углерода и водорода в присутствии катализатора синтеза метанола в первом реакторе синтеза метанола с получением первого метанолсодержащего выходящего потока; (b) подачу и реакцию непрореагировавшего синтез-газа во втором реакторе синтеза метанола в присутствии катализатора синтеза метанола с получением второго метанолсодержащего выходящего потока, при этом первый реактор синтеза метанола и второй реактор синтеза метанола соединены параллельно; (с) объединение первого и второго выходящих потоков, и (d) охлаждение и сепарацию объединенного и охлажденного выходящего потока на метанолсодержащую жидкую фазу и непрореагировавший синтез-газ, при этом осуществляют непрямое охлаждение катализатора синтеза метанола в первом реакторе синтеза метанола с помощью кипящей воды и осуществляют прямое или непрямое охлаждение катализатора синтеза метанола во втором реакторе синтеза метанола с помощью непрореагировавшего синтез-газа перед конверсией во второй выходящий поток.
