Abstract
Раскрыто устройство для получения формальдегида. Устройство содержит секцию (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) охлаждаемого трубчатого реактора, имеющую первое впускное отверстие, первое выпускное отверстие и множество труб, каждая из которых имеет первый конец, соединенный по текучей среде с первым впускным отверстием, и второй конец, соединенный по текучей среде с первым выпускным отверстием. Данное множество труб содержит первый катализатор для получения формальдегида посредством окислительной дегидрогенизации. Устройство отличается тем, что устройство дополнительно содержит секцию (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507) предварительного реактора. Секция (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507) предварительного реактора имеет впускное отверстие. Секция (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507) предварительного реактора имеет выпускное отверстие, соединенное по текучей среде с первым впускным отверстием секции (8, 108, 208, 308, 408, 508) охлаждаемого трубчатого реактора. Секция (7, 107, 207, 307, 407, 507) предварительного реактора сконфигурирована, чтобы содержать, в процессе эксплуатации, адиабатический слой катализатора. Адиабатический слой катализатора содержит второй катализатор для получения формальдегида посредством каталитической окислительной дегидрогенизации.
