Abstract
Описаны рекомбинантные вирусные векторы, полученные из аденовируса 9 птиц (FAdV-9), и связанные способы. Рекомбинантные FAdV-9 векторы могут содержать одну или несколько делеций на левом конце и/или правом конце генома FAdV-9. Необязательно векторы содержат одну или несколько экзогенных нуклеотидных последовательностей, такие последовательности кодируют полипептид, представляющий интерес. Рекомбинантные FAdV-9 векторы можно использовать в качестве вектора для двойной доставки. Также описано применение векторов для создания иммуногенного ответа у пациента и/или для профилактики заболевания.
