Abstract
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and engine building. It can be used as a drive for an electric synchronous generator for a micro power plant. The objective of the invention is to eliminate the indicated shortcomings of the prototype, to increase the engine power, its efficiency and the coefficient of energy conversion from a heat source (gas burner flame), as well as to develop a design that allows for good cooling and abandon the use of the crankshaft and increase the number of cylinders from 4 to 8 and more if necessary. The development of a highly efficient design of an engine with an external heat supply for driving an electric synchronous generator for a microelectric power plant with indicators of a unit of mass per unit of developed power is also almost 3 times higher than the same indicators of a diesel internal combustion engine. The technical result is achieved due to a number of design differences that simplify the design and reduce its metal consumption, as well as the presence of a liquid cooling system with automotive antifreeze circulating in the cooling system using a pump, a change in the design of pistons and cylinders, a heat exchanger, a regenerator, a cooler, a phase distribution mechanism , developed fuel supply and combustion system.
