Технический результат изобретения заключается в расширении функциональных возможностей, повышении информативности, защищенности, снижении количества оперативного персонала для управления движением поездов, уменьшения влияния человеческого фактора. Система содержит подсистемы автоматизированного диспетчерского управления, микропроцессорного управления, обеспечения безопасности поезда, технической диагностики и мониторинга, а также цифровую сеть радиосвязи, центральный коммутатор которой включен в цифровую сеть передачи данных оперативно-технологического назначения, а ее базовые станции установлены вдоль железнодорожного пути. Подсистема автоматизированного диспетчерского управления размещена в дорожном центре управления перевозками, микропроцессорные системы установлены на станциях, объединены в локальную сеть передачи единого микропроцессорного управления. Подсистемы обеспечения безопасности расположены на поездах, каждая из них осуществляет прием и обработку данных, получаемых от подсистем микропроцессорного управления по двум каналам от рельсовых цепей и блока радиоблокировки, и реализацию системами ведения поезда с учетом требований безопасности движения и остановки перед "препятствием".The invention relates to rail transport. The system contains subsystems for automated dispatch control, microprocessor control, train safety, technical diagnostics and monitoring, as well as a digital radio communication network, the central switch of which is included in the digital data transmission network for operational and technological purposes, and its base stations are installed along the railway track. The automated dispatch control subsystem is located in the road transportation control center, microprocessor systems are installed at the stations, united into a local transmission network of a single microprocessor control. Safety subsystems are located on trains, each of them receives and processes data received from microprocessor control subsystems via two channels from track circuits and a radio blocking unit, and implements train guidance systems taking into account the requirements of traffic safety and stopping before an "obstacle".
