Abstract
Предлагается ячеистый композиционный материал, полученный из карбонизующихся кальций-силикатных композиций (отвержденный карбонизацией AAC), имеющий прочность на сжатие эквивалентную прочности автоклавного ячеистого бетона (обычный AAC) при, по существу, такой же плотности, а также способ его получения. Композиционный материал по настоящему изобретению включает в себя: множество связующих элементов, каждый из которых содержит ядро, содержащее силикат кальция, первый слой, частично или полностью окружающий ядро и обогащенный SiO, и второй слой, частично или полностью окружающий первый слой и обогащенный CaCO; множество частиц заполнителя с размером от 0,1 до 1000 мкм и множество пустот; причем множество связующих элементов и множество частиц заполнителя месте образуют связующую матрицу, по существу однородно распределены в матрице и соединены друг с другом, а множество пустот имеют форму пузырей и/или взаимосвязанных каналов.
