Abstract

Для изготовления многослойной полимерной линзы несколько промежуточных слоев полимерного материала напрыскиваются друг за другом в устройстве (20) литья под давлением на основную деталь в различных полостях (23, 24, 25, 26, 27), причем, по меньшей мере, некоторые из полостей (23, 24, 25, 26) имеют одну общую первую литниковую систему (33) с общим подводом (35) материала. Затем при помощи второй литниковой системы (34) по меньшей мере один внешний слой из полимерного материала напрыскивается в дальнейшей полости (27), причем вторая литниковая система имеет собственный подвод материала и собственное управление.
