Abstract
Запатентованный водно-паровой котел на твердом и жидком топливе/сжиженном газе является созданным по новой технологии полностью автоматизированным водогрейным/паровым котлом бездымного горения на твердом и жидком топливе/сжиженном газе, разработанный как альтернатива существующему котлу бытового и промышленного типа с двойной стенкой или кипятильной трубой на твердом и жидком топливе/сжиженном газе, в соответствии с системой горячего водоснабжения, перегретой водой, производству пара и рабочим давлением, имеющим полностью автоматизированную подачу угля и систему удаления шлаков с колосниковой решётки в камере сжигания твердого топлива, полностью автоматизированное оборудование для подачи воздуха горения, которые обеспечивают возможность регулировки в соответствии с коэффициентом летучести угля, системой регулировки горящего слоя, которая обеспечивает возможность регулировки в соответствии с размером зерен угля и размером шлака, и полностью автоматизированную специальную колосниковую решетку, дополнительно включающую полностью автоматизированную сухую очистку от сернистых соединений, которая обеспечивают возможность регулировки в соответствии с сернистостью угля, что предотвращает дымообразование путем бездымного сжигания угля с высокой степенью полноты сгорания в камере горения через автоматическую непрерывную подачу, настраиваемую в соответствии с типом используемого угля с панели автоматизированной системы управления и системы безопасности, управляемой ПЛК, что предотвращает выброс диоксида серы в камеру горения благодаря полностью автоматизированной сухой системе десульфуризации, которая не требует каких-либо модификаций превращения из твердого топлива в жидкое топливо/сжиженный газ или из жидкого топлива/природного сжиженного газа в твердое топливо благодаря специальной конструкции камеры горения, предназначенной для сжигание жидкого топлива и сжиженного газа независимо от камеры горения твердого топлива, настраиваемой в соответствии с типом угля.The patented solid-liquid-liquid / liquefied gas steam boiler is a fully automated hot-water / steam boiler built on solid and liquid fuel / liquefied gas developed by the new technology, developed as an alternative to the existing double-wall or boilers of domestic and industrial type solid and liquid fuel / liquefied gas, in accordance with the hot water system, superheated water, steam production and operating pressure, which has fully automatic coal supply and slag removal system from the grate in the solid fuel combustion chamber, fully automated equipment for supplying combustion air that provides the ability to adjust according to the volatility of coal, the burning layer adjustment system, which provides the ability to adjust according to the size of the coal grains and the size of the slag, and a fully automated special grate, additionally including fully automated dry Pts source of sulfur compounds, which provides the ability to adjust in accordance with the sulfur content of coal, which prevents smoke formation by smokeless burning of coal with a high degree of combustion completeness in the combustion chamber through an automatic continuous flow, adjusted according to the type of coal used from the automated control system and security systems panel PLC controlled, which prevents the emission of sulfur dioxide into the combustion chamber due to a fully automated dry desulfur system A setting that does not require any modification of the conversion from solid fuel to liquid fuel / liquefied gas or from liquid fuel / natural liquefied gas to solid fuel due to the special design of the combustion chamber intended for burning liquid fuel and liquefied gas regardless of the combustion chamber of solid fuel customizable according to the type of coal.
