Abstract
Изобртение относится к испытательной технике, а именно к стендам, предназначенным для исследования и испытаний тормозных систем колесных транспортных средств, снабженных электронными системами безопасности. Решаемая задача - совершенствование стенда для диагностирования тормозной системы автомобиля, возможность моделирования движения автомобиля по различным траекториям, на различных скоростях, возможность оценки отклонений автомобиля от заданной траектории во время движения, возможность определения склонности автомобиля к опрокидыванию в результате достижения критических значений боковых ускорений во время движения. Технический результат - обеспечение возможности диагностирования гидравлических тормозных систем автомобилей, оборудованных электронной системой курсовой устойчивости. Заявленный технический результат достигается тем, что стенд для диагностирования тормозной системы автомобиля, имеющий персональный компьютер, позволяющий создавать модели транспортных средств, тормозную систему автомобиля с установленными на опорной раме тормозными механизмами и датчиками давления в трубопроводах, ведущих к ним, отличается тем, что тормозная система включает в себя узел тормозной педали, электронный блок системы контроля устойчивости автомобиля, соединенный гидравлическими трубопроводами с тормозными механизмами и узлом педали, а также добавлены вакуумный насос, персональный компьютер реального времени, позволяющий осуществлять взаимодействие между реальной и виртуальной частями стенда, робот педали тормоза с датчиком усилия на педали тормоза.The invention relates to a test technique, namely to the stands intended for the study and testing of brake systems of wheeled vehicles equipped with electronic security systems. The task is to improve the stand for diagnosing the braking system of the car, the ability to simulate the movement of the car along various paths, at different speeds, the ability to estimate deviations of the car from a given trajectory while driving, the ability to determine the tendency of the car to overturn as a result of reaching critical values . The technical result is the provision of the possibility of diagnosing hydraulic brake systems of vehicles equipped with an electronic stability control system. The claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that the stand for diagnosing the braking system of the car, having a personal computer, allows you to create models of vehicles, the braking system of the car with brakes installed on the support frame and pressure sensors in the pipelines leading to them, characterized in that the braking system includes a brake pedal assembly, an electronic unit of the vehicle stability control system, connected by hydraulic lines to brake mechanisms and the pedal assembly, as well as added to the vacuum pump, a personal computer real-time to allow for the interaction between the real and virtual parts of the stand, the brake pedal robot with the force sensor on the brake pedal.
