Изобретение относится к поверхностной обработке металлов и их сплавов медицинского назначения и может быть использовано при изготовлении имплантатов, предназначенных для замены поврежденных участков костной ткани, к которым относятся, в частности, ортопедические и дентальные имплантаты, имплантаты для челюстно-лицевой хирургии и хирургии позвоночника, искусственные сочленения, фиксаторы и др. Технический результат, достигаемый в предложенном способе, заключается в обеспечении получения на имплантатах, изготовленных из специальных сплавов медицинского назначения, сплошных биосовместимых, биоактивных покрытий с антибактериальным эффектом с высокой величиной адгезии (более 100 Н), высокой износостойкостью и с заданным рельефом. Технический результат достигается следующим образом. Способ получения биоактивного покрытия с антибактериальным эффектом включает электроискровую обработку поверхности подложки обрабатывающим электродом следующего состава (вес.%): биоактивная добавка - 5-40, антибактериальная металлическая добавка - 0,5-5, биосовместимая добавка в виде металла или тугоплавкого соединения - остальное. Электроискровую обработку проводят при следующих режимах: 100≤N≤10000, 10≤f≤100000, 0,01≤v≤0,6, где N- мощность единичного импульсного разряда, Вт; f - частота импульсных разрядов, Гц; v - линейная скорость перемещения обрабатывающего электрода, м/мин.The invention relates to the surface treatment of metals and their alloys for medical purposes and can be used in the manufacture of implants intended to replace damaged areas of bone tissue, which include, in particular, orthopedic and dental implants, implants for maxillofacial surgery and spinal surgery, artificial joints, clamps, etc. The technical result achieved in the proposed method is to ensure that the implants made from special melts medical purposes, solid biocompatible, bioactive coating with antibacterial effect with high adhesion value (more than 100 N), high wear resistance and with a given relief. The method of obtaining a bioactive coating with an antibacterial effect includes an electrospark surface treatment of the substrate with a processing electrode of the following composition (wt.%): Bioactive additive - 5-40, antibacterial metal additive - 0.5-5, biocompatible additive in the form of a metal or refractory compound - the rest. Electrical spark treatment is carried out under the following modes: 100≤N≤10000, 10≤f≤100000, 0.01≤v≤0.6, where N is the power of a single pulse discharge, W; f is the frequency of pulse discharges, Hz; v - linear speed of movement of the processing electrode, m / min.
