Abstract

Предлагаемое изобретение направлено на пресс-форму для литья под давлением и способ литья под давлением при наличии системы формовочного стержня в соответствии с объектом изобретения. Система формовочного стержня, содержащая множество взаимодействующих компонентов, выполненных с возможностью манипулирования ими между первым формовочным положением, в котором стержневая система полностью развернута, и вторым положением, в котором стержневая система выполнена с возможностью осевого втягивания и радиального стягивания во второе положение извлечения, причем внешняя форма указанной стержневой системы, по существу, дополняет собой внутреннюю форму формуемого изделия.
