Abstract

Способ и устройство для подачи сыпучего материала посредством пневмоматериалопровода (10), имеющего впускной конец (12) и выпускной конец (14), в котором сыпучий материал подвергают псевдоожижению на впускном конце путем добавления транспортирующего газа, с образованием потока псевдоожиженного материала. Поток псевдоожиженного материала разделяют на первый частичный поток и второй частичный поток в первом соединении (20), расположенном вблизи выпускного конца пневмоматериалопровода. Псевдоожиженный материал из второго частичного потока подают через разделительное устройство (26), чтобы отделить транспортирующий газ от сыпучего материала. Сыпучий материал, извлеченный из разделительного устройства (26), подают затем в первый частичный поток во втором соединении (40), расположенном ниже первого разветвления (20) по ходу потока.
