Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к многоступенчатому перемешивающему реактору, включающему в себя несколько соседствующих друг с другом реакционных камер и перемешивающие элементы (200, 210, 220) для перемешивания содержимого по меньшей мере одной из реакционных камер, причем между соседними реакционными камерами предусмотрено по меньшей мере по одному выполненному с возможностью закрытия посредством запорных средств отверстию, так что в открытом состоянии между соседними реакционными камерами поддерживается гидродинамическая связь, а в закрытом состоянии соседние реакционные камеры отделены друг от друга. По меньшей мере одно из запорных средств (300, 310, 320) соединено с выведенной из перемешивающего реактора манипуляционной штангой (500, 510, 520). Манипуляционная штанга (500, 510, 520) посредством поворота и/или перемещения является возвратно-поступательно манипулируемой между по меньшей мере одним первым положением и одним вторым положением, причем в первом положении соединенные с манипуляционной штангой (500, 510, 520) запорные средства (300, 310, 320) обуславливают открытое состояние соотнесенного с ними отверстия, и во втором положении соединенные с манипуляционной штангой (500, 510, 520) запорные средства (300, 310, 320) обуславливают закрытое состояние соотнесенного с ними отверстия.
