Abstract

Внедрение твердых частиц в матрицу, образующую поверхность элемента, может обеспечивать значительное повышение износостойкости. Практическое применение алмаза в промышленности является ограниченным, поскольку структура алмаза может разрушаться и превращаться в графит при температурах воздуха выше 700°С. При контакте с расплавленным чугуном поверхность алмаза может химически реагировать и растворяться в чугуне. С помощью металлосодержащих соединений, нанесенных на поверхность алмаза, можно создавать один или несколько защитных слоев, ограничивающих контакт поверхности алмаза с элементами, обусловливающими разложение его структуры. Данные покрытия могут также обеспечивать смачиваемость поверхности алмаза расплавленным материалом матрицы при обработке с целью улучшения удержания частиц в матрице.
