Abstract
Согласно настоящему изобретению предложено соединение формулы Iгде Rвыбран из группы, состоящей из H, CH, CN, -CHCN, -C(CH)CN, F, Cl и Br; Rвыбран из группы, состоящей из H, -O(C-Салкилен)R, -CHCN, CN, -OCH, CF, -C(CH)CN, -C(CH), -S(O)CH, -S(O)NHи -OCF; Rвыбран из группы, состоящей из H, CHи -OCH; и Rвыбран из группы, состоящей из H,-C(CH)CN, -OCH, -S(O)CH, CN и -C(CH)OH; или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, способы лечения диабета второго типа с использованием указанного соединения и способ получения указанного соединения.
