Abstract

Раскрыт способ предотвращения короткого замыкания между металлическими проводами в дисплее на органических светодиодах. Способ включает в себя формирование неорганического слоя на подложке; формирование отверстия в неорганическом слое для экспонирования части подложки; формирование металлического слоя на неорганическом слое, при этом металлический слой включает в себя два металлических провода соответственно расположены на двух сторонах отверстия; формирование органического слоя на двух металлических проводах металлического слоя и формирование слоя оксида индия-олова на органическом слое. Настоящее изобретение может обеспечить отсутствие возникновения короткого замыкания между металлическими проводами путем формирования отверстия в неорганическом слое.
