Abstract

Предлагается картридж для анализа целевой последовательности нуклеиновой кислоты в жидком образце. Картридж содержит секцию для текучей среды, через которую протекает образец и в которой происходит амплификация и регистрация нуклеиновой кислоты, пневматическую секцию, управляющую потоком через секцию для текучей среды, и по меньшей мере два электрода, прилагающих разность потенциалов для регистрации интересующей нуклеиновой кислоты.
