Изобретение относится к регулированию уровня раздела фаз нефти и воды в процессе динамического отстоя нефтяной эмульсии и может быть использовано в нефтедобывающей и нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности. Сущность изобретения состоит в способе и устройстве автоматического регулирования уровня раздела фаз нефть-вода в процессе динамического отстоя нефтяной эмульсии. Способ включает измерение перепада гидростатического давления между двумя заданными точками, расположенными в верхней и нижней части отстойника, расход и обводненность нефтяной эмульсии на входе в отстойник, расход сбрасываемой из отстойника дренажной воды и содержание остаточной воды в обезвоженной нефти, измерение оптической плотности промежуточного эмульсионного слоя (ПЭС). Технический эффект заявляемого изобретения заключается в оперативном и достаточно точном автоматическом регулировании раздела уровня фаз нефть - вода в процессе динамического остоя нефтяной эмульсии, своевременной необходимой дозировки деэмульгатора в отстойник, что способствует интенсификации процесса отстоя.The invention relates to the regulation of the level of separation of the phases of oil and water in the process of dynamic sludge oil emulsion and can be used in the oil and petrochemical industry. The essence of the invention consists in the method and device for automatic control of the level of oil-water phase separation in the process of dynamic sludge oil emulsion. The method includes measuring the differential hydrostatic pressure between two given points located in the upper and lower parts of the settler, the flow rate and water content of the oil emulsion at the inlet to the settler, the flow rate of drainage water discharged from the settler and the residual water content in the dehydrated oil, measuring the optical density of the intermediate emulsion layer ( PES). The technical effect of the claimed invention consists in operative and fairly accurate automatic regulation of the oil-water phase separation in the process of dynamic oil emulsion, timely required dosage of the demulsifier in the sump, which contributes to the intensification of the sludge process.
