Изобретение относится к нефтедобывающей и нефтеперерабатывающей промышленности, в частности к отстойным аппаратам, работающим в статистическом и динамическом режимах, и касается измерения уровня раздела фаз нефти и воды. Сущность изобретения состоит в способе автоматического измерения уровня раздела фаз между водяной подушкой (ВП) и промежуточным эмульсионным слоем (ПЭС), а также между ПЭС и нефтью в отстойном аппарате, работающем в динамическом и стационарном режимах и в системе, реализующей заявляемый способ, которая содержит отстойник и датчики источника и приемника инфракрасного излучения. Технический эффект заявляемого изобретения состоит в повышении эффективности управления процессом отстоя, заключающейся в высокой точности измерения уровня разделов фаз, который позволяет надежно управлять и полностью избежать процесса "захлебывания".The invention relates to the oil and petrochemical industry, in particular to the settling apparatus operating in the statistical and dynamic modes, and concerns the measurement of the level of separation of the phases of oil and water. The invention consists in the method of automatic measurement of the phase separation between a waterbag (VP) and an intermediate emulsion layer (PES), as well as between PES and oil in a settling apparatus operating in dynamic and stationary modes and in the system implementing the inventive method, sump and sensors for source and receiver infrared radiation. The technical effect of the claimed invention is to improve the management of the sludge process, which consists in highly accurate measurement of the level of the sections of the phases, which allows you to reliably control and completely avoid the process of "choking".
