Изобретение относится к нефтедобывающей промышленности, в частности к подготовке товарной нефти, и может быть использовано в системах централизованного управления процессами термохимической подготовки нефти (ТХПН). Сущность изобретения состоит в способе управления процессом динамического отстоя нефтяной эмульсии. Способ включает измерение перепада давления по высоте отстойного аппарата, измерение расхода нефтяной эмульсии, регулирование дозировки деэмульгатора, измерение содержания воды в нефтяной эмульсии на входе в отстойный аппарат, измерение изменения температуры на входе и выходе отстойных аппаратов и перераспределение потока нефтяной эмульсии между параллельно работающими отстойниками. По измеренным данным рассчитывают значение управляющего воздействия. Сущность изобретения также состоит в системе упрвления процессом динамического отстоя нефтяной эмульсии. Система управления содержит датчики измерения давления по высоте отстойного аппарата, датчики расхода нефтяной эмульсии и деэмульгатора, исполнительные механизмы на линии потока нефтяной эмульсии на входах отстойных аппаратов и на линии отвода дренажной воды и дополнительно датчики содержания воды в нефтяной эмульсии на входе отстойных аппаратов и датчики температуры на входе и выходе отстойных аппаратов. Все выходы датчиков через соответствующие преобразователи связаны с входом блока управления и индикации, а выходы блока управления и индикации связаны с входами исполнительных механизмов. Блок управления осуществляет управляющее воздействие на исполнительные механизмы по значению управляющего воздействия. The control system includes pressure sensors measuring the height of the settling device, flow sensors of the oil emulsion and demulsifier, actuators on the flow line of the oil emulsion at the inputs of the settling devices and on the drainage water drainage line, and additionally sensors of water content in the oil emulsion at the entrance of the settling devices and temperature sensors inlet and outlet of sloping apparatuses. All outputs of the sensors through the respective converters are connected to the input of the control and display unit, and the outputs of the control and display unit are connected to the inputs of the actuators.
