Abstract

Установка для безопасной переработки жидких и твердых отходов с коммунальных и промышленных хранилищ отходов. Конечный продукт подходит для дальнейшего применения различными способами: в качестве отвержденного вещества, подходящего для транспортировки; в качестве отвержденного вещества, подходящего для переработки в конгломерат силиката или газобетон; в качестве отвержденного вещества для получения оксида кальция и золы. Общая энергия, необходимая для успешной переработки, увеличивается за счет дополнительной энергии из двух источников: рециркуляция горячего пара и газов в теплообменниках; солнечная панель. Таким образом, требуется меньше добавок на основе кальция для получения высококачественного продукта и поддерживается экономическая эффективность процесса.
