Abstract

Устройство для термической обработки для обработки внутренней поверхности в продольном направлении полости целевой структуры. Устройство имеет обрабатывающую головку, которая включает продольный центральный опорный элемент и дистальную и проксимальную концевые заглушки, выступающие в сторону от центрального опорного элемента. Каждая концевая заглушка имеет множество отверстий, в которые могут быть вставлены дистальный и проксимальный концы удлиненных плазменных дуговых ламп, при этом плазменные дуговые лампы проходят в продольном направлении вдоль и в поперечном направлении вокруг центрального опорного элемента так, что излучение, испускаемое всеми плазменными дуговыми лампами, в основном, направлено радиально наружу от обрабатывающей головки. Обрабатывающая головка также включает путь охлаждающей среды, имеющий зоны теплообмена в тепловом контакте с плазменными дуговыми лампами и трубопроводы для подачи и возврата охлаждающей среды в жидкостной связи с зонами теплообмена.
