Abstract

Трубчатый элемент выполнен таким образом, что одно из его концевых отверстий может плотно прилегать к наружной поверхности соплового блока вокруг отверстия прохода таким образом, чтобы находиться на непрерывном пути движения потока по проходу. Подобная конфигурация предусматривает значительное уменьшение невдыхаемой крупной фракции аэрозольного лекарства за счет инерционного соударения и задерживания в исполнительном механизме, а не в ротоглотке с последующим уменьшением сопутствующих побочных эффектов и кандидоза полости рта у пациента. Наличие трубчатого элемента оказывает минимальное, незначительное воздействие на дозу мелких частиц и на распределение размера (PSD) доставляемых частиц, имеющих аэродинамический диаметр менее чем 9 мкм.
