Abstract
Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, в частности для контроля норм плавности работы цилиндрических, или конических, или червячных зубчатых колес. Целью предлагаемого изобретения является разработка способа контроля норм плавности работы зубчатого колеса, имеющего на зубьях существенно различные значения колебания ИМР на одном зубе f, а также, если в колебании ИМР на одном зубе fдля одного и более зубьев контролируемого зубчатого колеса присутствуют более одной гармонической составляющей. Заявленный способ контроля норм плавности работы зубчатого колеса по уточненному колебанию ИМР на одном зубе был использован при контроле сателлитов планетарных передач с 4 сателлитами для селективной сборки при подборе комплекта из 4 сателлитов с наиболее близкими параметрами по колебанию ИМР. Способ контроля норм плавности работы зубчатого колеса путем измерения колебания измерительного межосевого расстояния зубчатого колеса, при котором осуществляют ввод в двухпрофильное зацепление контролируемого и измерительного зубчатых колес при неравенстве угла зацепления при измерении и угла станочного зацепления при финишной обработке контролируемого зубчатого колеса с регистрацией колебания измерительного межосевого расстояния от показаний датчиков линейного и углового перемещений контролируемого зубчатого колеса относительно измерительного зубчатого колеса, при этом из записи колебания измерительного межосевого расстояния за оборот контролируемого зубчатого колеса выделяются колебания измерительного межосевого расстояния на каждом зубе контролируемого зубчатого колеса при поворотеThe invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular for the control of the norms of smoothness of operation of cylindrical, or conical, or worm gears.
